I love this! I feel the frustration in full force here and I find it a fun haiku. I love kvetch-ku. I imagine kvetching is not what the haiku masters intended for haiku but I find it very cathartic. When I am going through something frustrating it's centering to take a breath, count out the situation in 5.7.5 and find the humor or simply use the counting as an avenue to let go of my annoyance.
