		<description>So true, Bill. It's very cultural. There are good things about this mentality, too. There's a "can do" attitude in New Hampshire, everyone seems to grow beautiful vegetables that they sell on their lawn in the summer time and the motorcyclists here get to enjoy the wind in their hair since they are not required to wear helmets. In New Hampshire we are not even required to buy car insurance. Some of it goes against my own cultural leanings, though.</description>
