    Happy Birthday Kelly!

I thought the same thing when I turned 36 and I was still trying. My mom had me at 25. There are advantages and disadvantages to the young parent versus the older parent. Perhaps I’m a bit more tired than the twenty something parent but personally speaking, I know I was too immature (doubly so for all the men around me) to be a parent back then.

I wish you an auspicious 37th year. And sending you many hugs and good vibes for your birthday. Sorry, but your package will be late! My head is spinning with bags going here and there but soon, very soon!

    And I hope you get to enjoy some T - R - O - U - B - L - E today. I’m thinking of your cocktail haiku:)

My friend of twelve years -
    Each day I enjoy seeing
    your world in haiku.

Isn’t it a trip to think about your perception of your mother at the age you are now? My mom was a very young mother, so when I think about how, at my age, she already had a teenager it’s so strange. But, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I enjoyed having a young mom, but I know I am better having experienced motherhood later in life than she did.

Happy Birthday. I hope you get everything you wish for this year!
