after the party
one, two, three flies in the house –
I kill to clean up.
This is a fantastic haiku. I can totally feel the scenario and it’s fascinating to have this in haiku form - the necessary killing of the flies!

such a universal haiku…yet a comic subject. very nice! we all suffer the flies.

flies buzz around the trashcan…

Just wanted to share one by Issa that I just read -
only one guy and only one fly trying to make the guest room do
I love it. And will the haiku gods strike down at me if I say I like yours just as much?
