Elizabeth Olson was crowned Princess Kay on Aug. 26, 2009 and will serve as a goodwill ambassador for the dairy industry and Minnesota's dairy farmers. I work with Midwest Dairy Association, the organization that sponsors the Princess Kay program. I think, if I remember correctly, the Minnesota State Fair is the second largest in the county -- after Texas.
