		<description>my old house sits right on the road...old timers enjoyed sitting on 
the porch and saying 'hey' to neighbors passing by.
those times are long gone. 
now folks live in gated communities,
and may never even meet a neighbor.
i still wish i sat farther back on my property....
traffic speeds by in the modern world!</description>
