Finally I know why

I’m always tense, sore, achy —

I let down a mask.

I love the first line “Finally I know why.” I think the not knowing why of something difficult is half of the pain. Knowing why… at least one can begin to work on healing. I have felt this in my own life in so many ways.

Thanks Alison. Yes. It’s been a weird month of health. But I do have to say, after my initial shock of seeing these films, it’s been a good thing. I’m not crazy. I do have pain. And someone else can see why. It’s reaffirming in a way.

Yes, it’s absolutely reaffirming. And lucky for you that something “normal”, such as the x-ray, supports it. I remember when I had health problems it was a pain in the butt to talk to people about my “chi” and see their eyes role. But when I confirmed some of the issues with a western doc and had the tests to prove it - wow! Legitimacy.

So it’s nice to know for oneself what is going on with the body and not have it be a mystery. And nice to be able to explain it to others.
