my sweet little girl
turns all brute when she eyes that
pink rocking pony
This is so classic! I enjoyed this haiku! It evokes so many memories of my own sweet daughter… turned brute!
Good job, Alison! Bonnie

how absolutely true! my son was two-ish when he discovered the power of brute force. he’s 21 now and his pal is still his best pal…..
- transformation -
my gold-haired baby
ballistic over a toy-
hits pal in the nose.

Hee hee, cute haiku, Johanna! And you read between the lines. That’s exactly what happened with Penny and the pink pony and her friend. Horrible but still a little funny, also when Penny got pushed down minutes later. They will learn by 21 : )
