  dont wear white, either.
  looks too much like deer’s flagging
  white tail as they flee.
  hunters here,too….disturbing the peace!

  Thanks for the heads up, Johanna! My city sensibilities might make me think that browns and greens go well with nature but NOT when it’s hunting season. I was told that it’s arrow hunting season now. Dudes in trees waiting for deers. Yikes! Not that I am against hunting. I eat meat. It’s food, it’s sustenance. And I know their is an overpopulation of deer. But it’s also violent and scary. I hope I can hike in some hunting-free zones.

  Hunting season in Alaska is over now. We had a nice extended fall though. Made up for a cold spring.
  I haven’t seen you around Facebook in a while. I was wondering what you were up too!
  Is Penny feeling better? I think I’m feeling better now too

  hunting ok…let the dudes do their primal thing, BUT
  echoing rifle shots annoying at dawn.

  always trespassers, also…
  their tribe knows no boundaries.

  Oh, cool - I didn’t know you did Etsy! I’ll have to check out your store.

  I’m taking a FB break, see haiku #290. But I imagine I’ll come back before I know it - it’s the only way to keep up with some people.

  Yes, Penny is almost all better, thanks! She just has froggy voice still but she’s feeling pretty good. Glad your better, too.

  Actually, my Etsy shop isn’t quite up yet and I joined last December. Goodness, I just need to hunker down and get er done. It’s set up, so I just need to start listing items.

  Let me know when! I wish I were crafty but I am just slowwww…. I actually spent a lot of time taking classes to learn how to make clothing but I never got good and fast. So now I just buy from Etsy when I can.
