Kelly, it’s parking too close that I’m guilty of. The kind of parking where either I can barely get out of my car or the car next to mine can barely get into there’s. B curses people who do this to him and now I have become one of them. I never thought PARKING of all things would be the thing that gives me anxiety when I go out for my daily drive.
I met a friend at a restaurant today for lunch. The parking lot was full so I had to park on a nearby side street. Must have spent 15 minutes making sure the car was pulled far enough over and in a straight line and it still didn’t come out great. I hate parking and I wasn’t even parallel parking.
practice! practice! practice! when you’ve mastered parallel parking on the right, you’ll feel like a newbie all over again when you need to parallel park on the left.
That’s what bumpers are for. . .

I’m so curious…
Did you ding the door?
Park too close?

Of course some of us deliberately park within inches of an SUV driver side door. . .Call it creative revenge.

Ah, thanks for the parking stories, everyone! I will think of them as I park today so as not to feel angsty - I will laugh instead : )
