Oh no! We ran out of oil one year on Christmas Eve! I begged and cried and convinced someone to come and fill our tank that afternoon. On Christmas, our furnace broke. We ended up getting a new super sexy propane furnace, but went a whole two months with no furnace January and February! Apparently it takes that long to order, deliver and install a furnace to B.F.E. So, I empathize. Hope heat comes your way soon.
What do you need oil for? What kind of oil are you talking about?
We don’t need any sort of oil to keep our furnace pumping….
Are you sure someone isn’t just pulling your leg?

Yes, we have oil heat. Is this weird? We have to get our burner (?) filled up with oil throughout the year. Do you have electric? Gas?
This is all so new to me. I’m used to the landlord or the coop board taking care of business.
