We are hosting and making everything from scratch except for the pies and the cranberry sauce.
Here’s the great thing about the pies - we are getting them from our local country store and they are really, really homemade. We will even be picking them up in glass pie plates which we will later return to the store. How cute is that?
But with sweets it’s a tough choice. I most love tart flavors (key lime) but love the Thanksgiving - y and Autumn feel of the Pecan Pie, and then the coconut black bottom pie! It’s hard for me to resist something I’ve never tried so we may have to go with that one.
Oh my! Good luck with all that! I’ve never hosted a holiday meal like that. I don’t even know how to cook a turkey, and really have no real desire to learn. I can tell you exactly what I’d do if I had to make Thanksgiving dinner. I’d get my hubby to make the bird. I could handle everything else. Just not an entire raw bird!
Why choose one? Happy Thanksgiving!

Are you ordering for Thanksgiving?
Are you hosting or just bringing dessert?
