Both sound quite nice but I know what you mean about the Sunday matinee. There’s nothing better than intertwingling on the couch on a lazy Sunday.
This haiku has inspired me…. B and I haven’t had a date night since before Penny was born but we can certainly be lazy together on a Sunday while Penny naps. Sounds just as nice if not better than driving around on the weekend looking at new things in NH.
And we actually got up and went to the theater for the first showing of the day of NEW MOON! It started at 11:45 am.
It’s hard to describe in 17 syllables, but it felt very intimate to be going to such an early show on such a quiet day with my hubby. You don’t meet up with just anyone to go to an 11:45 am Sunday show. You’d only go with someone you were either already with or a good friend willing to also be up and out of the house with you.

You and B most certainly need a date night!
