		<description>I tend to subscribe to the "no pain no gain" theory of working out.  In my mind suffering leads to progress.  I guess that's why my brain immediately equated purple with bruising.  Perhaps I should paint my toenails more often!</description>

I was always worried about my toenails in yoga class. All those toe touches and there you are face to face with them thinking, they need a trim, they are crooked, they are gross, they need paint.....</description>

But I kind of liked "my" being in there. Oh, damned syllable counts! Not really... We are getting ready to go modern haiku very soon....</description>
