Oh…but you’ve had good haiku lately! You can’t say that. But…writer’s bloc is a tricky thing, isn’t it. You don’t have any sort of perspective on what you’re composing. Ugh.
Kelly, this is a good haiku! I really like it when artists/ writers work out the process in their work. It’s not always easy but we keep going. This is what I didn’t understand when I was younger and when I hit a block or a feeling of being blocked I would too often stop.
I’m feeling the same way. I’m ready for spring. And with all the puppy walking! I’m chilled to the bone.

Love the equation of “dry” and “cold.” Sooo good because both are paralyzing. But I love your haiku in any season!
