Remember when you were a kid and your mom would call you by the wrong name? Well…at least that happened in my house. Sometimes my mom would run through my brother’s name and both dogs’ names until she got to my name even though she was looking at me the whole time. Are you doing that yet?
Ariel, you are right. Two arms are certainly not enough when you are female.
Kelly, I absolutely do the name thing. I also have difficulty when talking coming up with the right word, even if that word is simple. I remember years ago I couldn’t think of the word “high chair” and had to describe the function of what it was when talking with a woman I just met. “You know, that thing you put babies in to feed them…”
I think I am worse than most because I have never been a good multi-tasker in the home environment! At work I am fine but at home? Everything gets mixed up pretty quickly.
You think that evolution would eventually have given moms 4 hands.
