Sunday’s preacher says
what the yoga teacher says —
be still and be here
so many times i see the parallels in different religious teachings that is why i respect others of different religions and try to grow faithfully in mine; i’m Catholic

Thanks, y’all. As I was sitting there listening to the preacher prepare for prayer, I had a sneaking suspicion I had heard those exact words before.
Yes, Gillena, it’s true. When you cut away all the excess, so many of the world’s people believe in the same things.
