Spring has been so delightful and also overwhelming in terms of finding that haiku moment if that makes sens. I like how you just described it and I like the image of the flowers at your feet and knowing where they came from. That last line sounds like haiku:) Oh, I also wanted to tell you that now that I am a dog walker, too I think of you a lot because it's a time I get to experience nature, reflect quietly and compose haiku and I know that you are doing the same. I've been very attuned to flower petals these days. The crabs are so fragrant and full, but I've also been noticing that some of the trees that were so beautiful last week are looking a little less so this week. This morning when I took the dogs out, I also noticed tiny petals at my feet and I know exactly which flowering tree they came from. This is lovely.
