  practice for a cycle race? or a race?

  Oh, too vague. I should have had the last line read “while cyclists hog the road”.

  I usually like and respect cyclists but yesterday I had an interaction with 50 of them taking up a whole lane for quite along time. This pushed drivers into oncoming traffic in blinding light on winding country roads.
