smell your hand and look you in the eye. no fear, just gentleness.

I’ve thought a bit about the protective mamas… and the protective farmers. They might be a little confused about why I was hugging their calves if I decided to do so. But baby cows with those lovely big eyes… so amazing!
Ah… I feel this way about my doggies everyday. Luckily, I dont’ have to resit the urge. I just hug em. And that, my friend, is how they got to be so dang spoiled!
