neighborhood cat stalks

my back yard preying for fun –

the scent of lilacs

    If only my dogs enjoyed the cat in the backyard as much as you enjoyed this haiku! That cat — if they happen to catch a glimpse of her — drives them crazy with a capital C!

    And isn’t that the brilliance of a cat? Their brains may be the size of a walnut and dogs learn tricks like no other… But cats know how to play psychological games. I’m sure the cat enjoys driving Aires and Abby bonkers while he chases butterflies.
