You are a better woman than I am, Kelly 😉 I used to have this attitude until I moved to NH. Now B and I spend the evenings trying to think of inventions that will enable us to either escape or defeat the Mosquito.

And this is soooo spring…. Interesting how many insect haiku we’ve had this week!

Ah, well, you shouldn’t be flattering me. I’m as devoted a mosquito killer as you are. I was just feeling nostalgic as it was the first one I’d noticed this year.

If you come up with some super organic mosquito bomb, let me know. I’ll be your Minnesota franchise and we can both make millions.

Did you know that the mosquito is the Minnesota state bird?

I jest. But that is the long-running joke here in my home state. They even sell t-shirts that picture a mosquito and say “Minnesota State Bird.”
