I've had many a haiku moment when my dog is pooping but I just didn't know how to make a haiku about it. But you did! I am happy for that. The other day Ben came back from taking Yuki out for a potty break and he was annoyed, apparently from the lack of time in his life. He complained, "I just ate a piece of toast while my dog pooped." An odd sort of multi-tasking. I tried to make this into a haiku but I just couldn't get it to work. So now I am telling you:) But back to your haiku. This reminds me on some level with your inch worm poem from last year. We don't often go looking for worms, they find us! The things that occur when our dogs poop.
