Alison is a huge haiga fan! I think the nice thing about an ebook is that it allows you to follow your passion and put your work out there to "test the waters" so to speak. You can see if you have an audience at a very minimal cost. And you'd probably enjoy the making of the haiga one way or another because its a passion for you.

i like the haiku group idea alot , kelly.
it gives a succinct picture of the
event - its moments linked by
a chain of your perceptions...very nice!

been considering haiga e-book with some
of my collage works. do you guys think
that would fly?

regards, johanna

Alison -- glad you liked it. I know it's a bit outside of our normal box - but you've gotta switch things up now and again and this series of haiku just popped into my head. So I decided to go for it.

And for Ulrika -- I've been wondering whether it's possible to write an entire novel/story in haiku. I say go for it!

Brava!!!! I love that you are opening up the world of linked haiku in our daily haiku!!!! It has a different feeling to it, not the same as going for that singular "haiku moment" but I absolutely love this. Rather than being a haiku moment you are showing moments and what comes after.... creating a scene?

This made me happy today. I've been thinking a lot about exploring a bit more in our haiku world....
