		<description>I went to college up there -- Concordia College in Moorhead. The campus has been shuttered and classes canceled until April 6. It is only about 7 or 8 blocks from the river. And yes, I do know people up there. Hopefully, the river has crested now -- and below the 43 feet that they were expecting. This morning the news reported it was at 40.15 feet.</description>
